IPhone 12 Pro Max has a general score of 93.2, which is a bit better than the iPhone 11 Pro's 84.9 score. Both of these phones have the same iOS 15.x operating system, so you shouldn't see any differences regarding that. IPhone 12 Pro Max's design is newer and a little thinner, but somewhat heavier than the iPhone 11 Pro.
Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max features a little sharper screen than Apple iPhone 11 Pro, because although it has a just a bit worse pixels number in each screen inch, it also counts with more brightness, a slightly better resolution of 1284 x 2778px and a larger display. Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max has a much better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than iPhone 11 Pro, because it has 128 GB internal memory.

The iPhone 12 Pro Max is a bit more expensive than iPhone 11 Pro, but it's still a good choice, because you can get a better phone for that extra money.
