Apple iPhone 11 Pro has an overall score of 84.9, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note 4's 81.6 global score. Apple iPhone 11 Pro comes with iOS 15.x operating system, and Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has Android 5.0 operating system. Apple iPhone 11 Pro's body is way newer and a bit thinner than Samsung Galaxy Note 4's, although it is just a little heavier.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has a little more vivid screen than Apple iPhone 11 Pro, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit better pixel quantity in each inch of display and a bit higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px. The iPhone 11 Pro counts with a bit better processing unit than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM, more cpu cores (although they are slower) and a 64-bits CPU.
The Galaxy Note 4 has a slightly better memory to install applications and games than Apple iPhone 11 Pro, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 128 GB. The Apple iPhone 11 Pro shoots clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has a back-facing camera with way less mega pixels and a lower (4K) video definition, it also counts with a larger back-facing camera sensor taking higher quality videos and photographs and a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low-light captures and videos.

Although Apple iPhone 11 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Note 4. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Apple iPhone 11 Pro, else you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy Note 4, giving up a couple features and specs.
