IPhone 12 mini counts with iOS 14.x OS, while Huawei P20 counts with Android 9.0 Pie OS. IPhone 12 mini counts with a faster processing unit than Huawei P20, because although it has 2 lesser cores (although faster), and they both have a 4 GB RAM, the iPhone 12 mini also counts with a 64-bits processor.
