Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition has a score of 87.4, which is just a bit better than the iPhone 8's 85 overall score. Even though Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition is a lot newer than the iPhone 8, it's a lot heavier and much thicker. The iPhone 8 counts with a bit faster processor than Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition, because although it has less RAM and a lower number of cores, it also counts with a 64-bit processing unit.
Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition features a bit better screen than iPhone 8, because it has a much higher resolution of 1080 x 2340px, a way brighter screen, a lot bigger screen and a just a little higher pixel amount per inch of screen. Apple iPhone 8 and Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition have extremely similar storage capacity for games and applications, both of them have the same internal memory.
Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition captures much better pictures and videos than iPhone 8, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture, the Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition also has a way higher 7680x4320 video quality, a much better 64 MP resolution camera in the back and a lot larger camera sensor shooting much higher quality photos and videos.
The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition features a really longer battery lifetime than iPhone 8, because it has a 229% more battery capacity.
