Comparison review
The iPhone 8 has a score of 85, which is just a bit better than Google Pixel 4 XL's overall score of 82.9. Even though iPhone 8 is way older than Google Pixel 4 XL, it's construction is just a little thinner and much lighter. The Google Pixel 4 XL counts with a little sharper screen than iPhone 8, because it has a lot greater count of pixels per inch in the display, a lot better 1440 x 3040 pixels resolution and a way bigger screen.
The Apple iPhone 8 counts with a much bigger memory for games and applications than Google Pixel 4 XL, because it has 192 GB more internal storage. The Apple iPhone 8 has a little bit better processing power than Google Pixel 4 XL, because although it has an inferior number of cores and they are also slower and a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a 64-bit processing unit.
IPhone 8 captures slightly better photos and videos than Google Pixel 4 XL, although it has a worse 3840x2160 video definition, a smaller aperture, a lesser MP resolution back facing camera and a smaller sensor. The Google Pixel 4 XL features a superior battery life than iPhone 8, because it has 3700mAh of battery capacity.
Although Apple iPhone 8 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Google Pixel 4 XL, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Google Pixel 4 XL. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Apple iPhone 8, else you can save some dollars and buy the Google Pixel 4 XL, letting go a couple specifications.
