Comparison review
IPhone 8 has a global score of 85, which is just a bit better than Huawei P20 Pro's general score of 81.4. The iPhone 8 is a just a little thinner and somewhat lighter phone than Huawei P20 Pro, even when both of them were only released with a few months difference. The Apple iPhone 8 counts with a bit sharper screen than Huawei P20 Pro, although it has a much smaller display, a bit less pixels per inch in the screen and a lot lower 750 x 1334px resolution.
IPhone 8 features a bit more powerful processor than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has an inferior number of cores (although they are faster) and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a 64 bits processor. Huawei P20 Pro counts with a better camera than iPhone 8, because although it has lower 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same aperture and the same (4K) video definition, the Huawei P20 Pro also counts with a camera in the back with lot more megapixels and a way bigger sensor providing a much better image quality.
IPhone 8 counts with a lot bigger storage to install games and applications than Huawei P20 Pro, because it has 128 GB more internal storage. Huawei P20 Pro counts with a much longer battery duration than iPhone 8, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity against 1821mAh.
Although iPhone 8 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Huawei P20 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Huawei P20 Pro. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the iPhone 8, else you can save some dollars and get the Huawei P20 Pro, letting go some features and specs.
