The iPhone 8 is much better than the Huawei P30 Lite, having a overall score of 85 against 77. IPhone 8's design has the same thickness than Huawei P30 Lite, but it's a little bit lighter. The iPhone 8 has a bit sharper display than Huawei P30 Lite, although it has a much lower 750 x 1334 resolution, a just a bit worse screen pixels density and a lot smaller display.
The iPhone 8 counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Huawei P30 Lite, because although it has an inferior number of cores and lesser RAM, it also counts with a 64-bits processor. The iPhone 8 takes much clearer photos and videos than Huawei P30 Lite, because although it has a camera in the back with a lot worse 12 mega pixels resolution and a much smaller camera sensor offering a way lower image quality, and they both have a F1.8 aperture, the iPhone 8 also counts with a lot higher video resolution.
The Huawei P30 Lite counts with a bit bigger memory for games and applications than Apple iPhone 8, because although it has only 128 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 512 GB. Huawei P30 Lite has a very superior battery lifetime than Apple iPhone 8, because it has a 3340mAh battery size against 1821mAh.
IPhone 8 is way more expensive than Huawei P30 Lite, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
