Comparison review
IPhone 8 is much better than the Moto G31, with a global score of 85 against 77. The iPhone 8 is an notably older phone than Moto G31, but Apple managed to make it somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner anyway. IPhone 8 counts with a better CPU than Motorola Moto G31, because although it has less cpu cores (although faster) and 2 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a 64 bits CPU.
IPhone 8 features a bit more vivid display than Moto G31, although it has a just a little lower pixel density, a way lower 750 x 1334 resolution and a much smaller screen. The Motorola Moto G31 features a slightly better camera than Apple iPhone 8, because although it has lower video frame rates, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality and a same size diafragm aperture, the Motorola Moto G31 also counts with a camera with a much higher resolution.
The Apple iPhone 8 counts with just a bit more storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Moto G31, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory. Moto G31 counts with a much better battery lifetime than iPhone 8, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 1821mAh.
