Comparison review
The iPhone 8 is slightly better than the Moto Z3, with an 85 score against 77.6. IPhone 8 is an older and just a little bit thicker phone than Moto Z3, but Apple managed to make it a little bit lighter anyway. The Apple iPhone 8 has just a little better hardware performance than Motorola Moto Z3, because although it has a lower number of cores and also slower and lesser RAM, it also counts with a 64-bits CPU.
The iPhone 8 has a little sharper screen than Moto Z3, although it has a lot lower 750 x 1334 pixels resolution, a just a little less pixels per screen inch and a really smaller display. The Motorola Moto Z3 features a bigger storage to store more games and applications than Apple iPhone 8, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with an external memory card slot that allows up to 1,95 TB.
Apple iPhone 8 shoots just a bit better photos and videos than Moto Z3, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor capturing less light and washed colors, and they both have a same resolution back camera and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Apple iPhone 8 also counts with a larger aperture and better 60 frames per second video frame rate.
The Moto Z3 counts with a very superior battery life than iPhone 8, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity.
Although iPhone 8 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Moto Z3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Moto Z3. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the Moto Z3, giving up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your budget.
