The iPhone XS Max has a global score of 84.5, which is better than the Samsung Galaxy S7 Active's 75.8 overall score. Although iPhone XS Max is somewhat heavier than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, it's thinner and noticeably newer. The Galaxy S7 Active counts with a bit more vivid screen than Apple iPhone XS Max, because although it has a way smaller screen and way less brightness, it also counts with a quite better 1440 x 2560 resolution and more pixels per inch of display.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 Active features more storage capacity to install games and applications than iPhone XS Max, because although it has just 32 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 200 GB. The Apple iPhone XS Max features a better performing processor than Galaxy S7 Active, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the Apple iPhone XS Max also has a greater number of cores and a 64 bits processing unit.
