Comparison review
Galaxy A8 Star is a little bit better than the Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro, having a general score of 82.1 against 79.6. The Galaxy A8 Star is an much older cellphone than the Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro, but it is a lot lighter and a lot thinner anyway. These phones have Android OS, but Galaxy A8 Star has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro has Android 12 version, so it offers some nice extra features.
The Galaxy A8 Star counts with a very superior processor than Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro features a sharper display than Galaxy A8 Star, because it has a little bit higher 1080 x 2448 resolution, a bit larger screen and a just a little greater pixels quantity per screen inch.
The Galaxy A8 Star shoots much clearer photos and videos than Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro, although it has a back camera with a much worse resolution. The Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro features a much better memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage.
Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro counts with a very superior battery duration than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
