Google Nexus 6 has a global score of 81.1, which is just a bit better than the Huawei P20's 78.1 global score. The Google Nexus 6 is a older, somewhat heavier and incredibly thicker phone than Huawei P20. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Google Nexus 6 has older 5.1 version and Huawei P20 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
Google Nexus 6 features a bit faster processor than Huawei P20, because although it has a lower number of cores (although they are faster) and 1 GB lesser RAM, it also counts with an additional GPU. The Google Nexus 6 features a little bit better display than Huawei P20, because it has a better resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, a little larger screen and a quite greater screen pixels density.
Huawei P20 captures a bit better videos and photos than Google Nexus 6, because although it has a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a camera in the back with lesser mega pixels resolution, it also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture to take better images and videos in low light environments.

If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy the Huawei P20, giving up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most with your savings.
