Comparison review
The Google Nexus 6P has an overall score of 80.3, which is a little bit better than Xperia Z5 Premium's overall score of 79.8. Even though Google Nexus 6P and Xperia Z5 Premium were released only 2 months apart, Google Nexus 6P is just a little bit lighter and a bit thinner. Xperia Z5 Premium has just a little better processing power than Google Nexus 6P, and although they both have the same RAM amount and a Octa-Core CPU, the Xperia Z5 Premium also has a GPU.
The Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a much more vibrant screen than Google Nexus 6P, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a much better 3840 x 2160px resolution and a lot greater pixel quantity per inch in the display. Sony Xperia Z5 Premium takes clearer pictures and videos than Google Nexus 6P, and although they both have a 0.43 inches sensor, the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium also has a back facing camera with a much better resolution and a bigger aperture.
Google Nexus 6P counts with a quite bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage. Sony Xperia Z5 Premium's battery performance is very similar to the battery performance in Google Nexus 6P, although the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has 3430mAh of battery capacity instead of 3450mAh.
Although Google Nexus 6P is a better device, it costs more money than the Xperia Z5 Premium, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xperia Z5 Premium. If you want to save some dollars, you can get Xperia Z5 Premium, and give up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
