Comparison review
The Huawei nova 3 is just a bit better than the Honor 9X Pro, with a score of 76.3 against 71.9. Huawei nova 3's design is somewhat thinner and lighter than Honor 9X Pro, despite of the fact that it was released just 21 months before. Both devices in this comparison review use Android operating system, but the Huawei nova 3 has a newer 8.1 Oreo version and Honor 9X Pro has Android 10 version, so it provides you lots of additional features and enhanced performance.
Huawei nova 3 has a bit more powerful processing unit than Honor 9X Pro. Both have a 6 GB RAM memory and 8 cpu cores. Huawei nova 3 features a bit more vivid display than Honor 9X Pro, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have an equal resolution of 1080 x 2340, the Huawei nova 3 also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch of screen.
Honor 9X Pro has a much better storage for games and applications than Huawei nova 3, because it has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB and 128 GB more internal storage. Honor 9X Pro features a bit better battery performance than Huawei nova 3, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3750mAh.
The Honor 9X Pro takes much better photos and videos than Huawei nova 3, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and the same camera aperture, the Honor 9X Pro also has higher 60 frames per second video frame rates and a lot more mega pixels back-facing camera.
