Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy A40 is much better than the Honor 9X Pro, having a 79.6 score against 71.9. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy A40 has the newer 11 version and Honor 9X Pro has Android 10 version, providing the user some additional features and increased performance. Although Samsung Galaxy A40 is older than Honor 9X Pro, it's body is somewhat thinner and a lot lighter.
The Galaxy A40 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Honor 9X Pro, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 1080 x 2340px, the Galaxy A40 also counts with a little bit greater pixels number in each inch of screen. Honor 9X Pro counts with a much greater storage capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy A40, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 512 GB, the Honor 9X Pro also has 192 GB more internal storage.
Honor 9X Pro has a bit better CPU than Samsung Galaxy A40, and although they both have 8 cores, the Honor 9X Pro also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Honor 9X Pro has better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy A40, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity. Honor 9X Pro shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy A40, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for low light captures, and they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution, the Honor 9X Pro also counts with a way larger back camera sensor which gives a way higher photo and video quality, faster video frame rates and a way more MP back-facing camera.
