Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) is much better than the Honor 9X Pro, with an 85.2 score against 71.9. Even though the Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) is older than Honor 9X Pro, it's construction is somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter. Galaxy A9 (2018)'s processing unit is very similar to Honor 9X Pro's CPU, both have the same number of cores and 6 GB of RAM memory.
Galaxy A9 (2018) features a display that's very similar to Honor 9X Pro's display, because although the Galaxy A9 (2018) has a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2220 pixels and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch of screen. Honor 9X Pro counts with a slightly better camera than Galaxy A9 (2018), because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same video quality, the Honor 9X Pro also counts with a way bigger back-facing camera sensor taking lot higher quality photos and videos, higher video frame rate and a back-facing camera with a much better 48 MP resolution.
The Honor 9X Pro features much more storage capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy A9 (2018), and although they both have a SD memory slot that supports up to 512 GB, the Honor 9X Pro also has 128 GB more internal storage. Honor 9X Pro counts with a bit superior battery lifetime than Galaxy A9 (2018), because it has a 5 percent larger battery size.
