Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 9 SE is much better than the Honor 9X Pro, with an 81.4 score against 71.9. Both phones in this review have Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Mi 9 SE has newer 9.0 Pie version while Honor 9X Pro has Android 10 version, providing you some additional features. Xiaomi Mi 9 SE's construction is somewhat thinner and lighter than the Honor 9X Pro, although it was released around a year before.
The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE counts with a slightly better looking display than Honor 9X Pro, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 1080 x 2340, the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE also counts with a little bit greater display density. Honor 9X Pro has a lot bigger storage to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, because it has an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB and 256 GB internal memory.
The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE features just a bit better performance than Honor 9X Pro. They have 8 CPU cores and 6 GB of RAM. Honor 9X Pro features superior battery performance than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, because it has a 30% greater battery capacity. The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE shoots slightly better videos and photos than Honor 9X Pro, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, a 0.5 inches back camera sensor and a same resolution back camera, the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE also has a much higher (4K) video definition.
