Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is a little bit better than the Honor 9X Pro, getting a global score of 77.2 against 71.9. Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro's design is just a bit thinner and lighter than the Honor 9X Pro, although it was released about a year before. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has the newer 8.1 Oreo version while Honor 9X Pro has Android 10, counting with a lot of extra features and increased performance.
The Honor 9X Pro counts with a bit better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro. They have the same number of cores and a 6 GB RAM memory. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro counts with a bit more vivid display than Honor 9X Pro, because although it has a quite lower 1080 x 2280 resolution and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch in the display.
Honor 9X Pro features a superior memory for apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 512 GB and more internal storage. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro counts with a battery lifetime that is very similar to the Honor 9X Pro one. The Honor 9X Pro shoots a lot better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the Honor 9X Pro also has a lot larger back-facing camera sensor taking much higher quality videos and photographs, a larger diafragm aperture for better low-light images and video, better 60 frames per second video frame rates and a camera with way more mega pixels.
