The Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G is just a bit better than Galaxy M31, getting a global score of 90.5 against 86.5. The Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G is a just a bit heavier phone than Galaxy M31, but they have the same thickness. Both devices in this review include Android OS, but the Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G has older 10 version and Galaxy M31 has Android 11.
Galaxy M31 counts with a slightly better looking screen than Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G, although it has a little bit smaller display, a just a little less pixels per inch in the screen and a little lower 1080 x 2340px resolution. The Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G counts with a better storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy M31, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 192 GB more internal storage capacity.
The Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G has a bit better processing power than Galaxy M31, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G also has more RAM. Samsung Galaxy M31 counts with a camera that's just as good as the camera in Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G, because although the Samsung Galaxy M31 has slower video frame rates and a tinier camera aperture, and they both have a same size back camera sensor and the same (4K) video definition, it also counts with a camera with lot more MP.
