Huawei nova 10 has an overall score of 79.2, which is slightly better than Huawei P20's 78.1 overall score. Huawei nova 10's body is way newer and just a bit thinner, but also a bit heavier than the Huawei P20. The Huawei nova 10 comes with Android OS, and Huawei P20 has Android 9.0 Pie OS.
