Apple iPhone X is much better than the Huawei P20, getting a score of 88.1 against 78.1. The Apple iPhone X design has the same thickness than the Huawei P20, but it's just a little heavier. The Apple iPhone X has a little sharper screen than Huawei P20, and although they both have a same size display, the Apple iPhone X also has a bit higher resolution of 1125 x 2436 and a quite greater pixels number in each display inch.
IPhone X features a little bit better hardware performance than Huawei P20, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and less cores (although faster), it also counts with a 64-bit processing unit. The iPhone X has a little bit better camera than Huawei P20, because although it has a way tinier sensor capturing less light and dull colors, and they both have a back facing camera with a 12 megapixels resolution, a same size diafragm aperture and the same (4K) video definition, the iPhone X also counts with higher video frame rates.
The Apple iPhone X has a superior memory to install games and applications than Huawei P20, because it has 256 GB internal memory. Huawei P20 counts with greater battery duration than iPhone X, because it has a 25% more battery size.
Although Apple iPhone X is a better device, it costs a lot more than Huawei P20, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Huawei P20. If you prefer to save some money, you can get Huawei P20, and give up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your budget.
