Comparison review
The Motorola Edge (2022) is a bit better than Huawei P20, having a global score of 84.7 against 78.1. Both devices in this comparison review include Android OS, but Motorola Edge (2022) has 12 version and Huawei P20 has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Motorola Edge (2022) design is noticeably newer than the Huawei P20's, but it's a bit thicker and just a bit heavier.
Motorola Edge (2022) features a little better hardware performance than Huawei P20, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Motorola Edge (2022) also has 2 GB more RAM memory. Huawei P20 counts with a bit better screen than Motorola Edge (2022), because although it has a little smaller display and a little bit lower 1080 x 2244 resolution, it also counts with a bit better quantity of pixels in each display inch.
The Huawei P20 and the Motorola Edge (2022) have very similar memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos, both of them have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Motorola Edge (2022) shoots much better pictures and videos than Huawei P20, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and a same size camera aperture, the Motorola Edge (2022) also has a back camera with lot more mega-pixels and better video frame rate.
The Motorola Edge (2022) features a way better battery duration than Huawei P20, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 3400mAh.
Although Motorola Edge (2022) is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Huawei P20, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Huawei P20. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Motorola Edge (2022), else you can save some money and buy the Huawei P20, giving up some features and specifications.
