Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is much better than the Huawei P20, having a 98.1 score against 78.1. Both devices we are comparing include Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has 11 version and Huawei P20 has Android 9.0 Pie version. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra's design is extremely newer, but a lot heavier and thicker than Huawei P20.
