Galaxy S25 Ultra has a global score of 90.7, which is much better than the Huawei P20's 78.1 global score. These phones work with Android OS, but the Galaxy S25 Ultra has the older 14 version while Huawei P20 has Android 9.0 Pie. Galaxy S25 Ultra's design is notably thinner and notably lighter than the Huawei P20.
The Huawei P20 has a much more powerful processing unit than Galaxy S25 Ultra, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
