The Huawei P20 is a a bit heavier device than Galaxy S7 edge, but both are 0.3inches thick. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei P20 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy S7 edge has Android 8.0 Oreo, providing you some extra features.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has a little bit better screen than Huawei P20, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a bit greater pixels density and a better 1440 x 2560 resolution.
