Comparison review
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra has an overall score of 84.4, which is a bit better than the Huawei P20's 78.1 overall score. These devices have Android operating system, but the Xiaomi 14 Ultra has older 14 version and Huawei P20 has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is a newer cellphone than the Huawei P20, although it is much heavier and somewhat thicker.
The Huawei P20 has a much powerful CPU than Xiaomi 14 Ultra, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a much better looking screen than Huawei P20, because it has a better resolution of 1440 x 3200px, a just a little greater screen pixel density and a larger screen.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a greater camera than Huawei P20, because although it has a tinier sensor taking lower quality images and videos, it also counts with a lot better 7680x4320 video definition, a bigger aperture for better images and video in poorly lited situations and a back-facing camera with way more mega pixels.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra counts with much more storage capacity to store more games and applications than Huawei P20, because it has more internal storage. Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a very superior battery duration than Huawei P20, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3400mAh.
