Huawei P30 has a score of 81.7, which is a little bit better than the Huawei P20's general score of 78.1. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Huawei P30 has an older 10 version and Huawei P20 has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Huawei P30 has the same weight and thickness than Huawei P20.
Huawei P30 and Huawei P20 count with incredibly similar displays, because although the Huawei P20 has a little lower 1080 x 2244 resolution and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per inch in the screen. The Huawei P30 has a bit superior processing unit than Huawei P20, and although they both have 8 cores, the Huawei P30 also has a greater amount of RAM.
The Huawei P20 and Huawei P30 both count with incredibly similar storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos, both have exactly the same internal storage. The Huawei P30 has a better camera than Huawei P20, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Huawei P30 also has a way larger camera sensor capturing much higher quality photos and a camera with a much better 40 mega pixels resolution.
The Huawei P30 counts with a little better battery duration than Huawei P20, because it has 3650mAh of battery capacity.
Although Huawei P30 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Huawei P20, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Huawei P20. If you want to save some money, you can get Huawei P20, and give up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your money.
