Comparison review
Huawei P40 is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, with a global score of 86.4 against 82.1. Both devices we compare here have Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei P40 has older 10 version and Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has Android 9.0 Pie version. Even though the Huawei P40 is just a bit thicker than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, it's just a little lighter and newer.
Huawei P40 counts with a slightly better screen than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit better pixel density and a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2340px. The Huawei P40 has just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy A8 Star. Both have the same RAM amount and 8 CPU cores.
