Comparison review
Huawei P40 is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, getting a score of 86.4 against 79.3. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but Huawei P40 has the newer 10 version while Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has Android 5.1 version, counting with a couple additional features and a performance increase. Even though the Huawei P40 is way newer than the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, it's somewhat heavier and thicker.
The Huawei P40 has a better performance than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has 2 GB more RAM memory and a higher number of cores. The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ features a sharper screen than Huawei P40, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a just a little better screen pixels density.
Huawei P40 features a greater camera than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture and the same (4K) video definition, the Huawei P40 also has faster 60 frames per second video frame rates, a way bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a much higher resolution back facing camera.
Huawei P40 has much more memory capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has more internal storage capacity. The Huawei P40 has superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a 27% greater battery size.
Despite of being the best phone in our current comparison, Huawei P40 is also a bargain compared to the other ones.
