The Galaxy S4 has a general score of 78.2, which is a little bit better than the LG G2's score of 73.5. Both of these phones work with the same Android 4.4.2 OS, so both of them should give you all the same operating system features. Even though Galaxy S4 and LG G2 were only released 5 months apart, Galaxy S4 is thinner and just a bit lighter.
The LG G2 features just a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy S4, because although it has a little worse screen density, and they both have an equal 1920 x 1080 resolution, the LG G2 also counts with a quite bigger screen. The Samsung Galaxy S4 features a lot bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than LG G2. They have exactly the same internal memory.
Samsung Galaxy S4 and LG G2 have quite similar processing units, both of them have 4 cpu cores, 2 GB of RAM and a 450 MHz graphics co-processor. The Galaxy S4's battery duration is very similar to the LG G2 one, although the Galaxy S4 has just 2600mAh of battery capacity against 2610mAh. The LG G2 takes a little bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S4, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for low light photography, and they both have the same video resolution, a same size sensor and the same resolution back facing camera, the LG G2 also counts with higher video frame rates.
Samsung Galaxy S4 is not only the best phones between the ones we are comparing, but it's also a bit cheaper.
