Comparison review
LG G7 ThinQ is a bit better than the Xperia XZ3, with a general score of 81 against 79.6. Even when the LG G7 ThinQ and Xperia XZ3 were only released with a few months difference, the LG G7 ThinQ is notably thinner and somewhat lighter. Both phones we are comparing here come with the same Android 9.0 Pie OS.
The LG G7 ThinQ counts with just a bit better looking screen than Xperia XZ3, because it has a little more pixels per inch of display, way more brightness, a quite larger screen and a slightly higher 1440 x 3120 resolution. The Sony Xperia XZ3 has a processing unit that's just as good as LG G7 ThinQ's CPU, both have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount.
LG G7 ThinQ counts with a lot bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Xperia XZ3, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the LG G7 ThinQ also has a SD card slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. Sony Xperia XZ3 features just a bit longer battery duration than LG G7 ThinQ, because it has an 11% bigger battery capacity.
Xperia XZ3 features a little bit better camera than LG G7 ThinQ, because although it has slower video frame rate and a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Xperia XZ3 also counts with a better resolution camera in the back and a lot bigger back camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
The LG G7 ThinQ is not only the best devices in this comparison, but it's also a lot cheaper.
