Comparison review
The Galaxy A8 Star has a general score of 82.1, which is slightly better than the LG K52's overall score of 76. Galaxy A8 Star is a much older and a little bit heavier cellphone than LG K52, but Samsung managed to make it a little bit thinner anyway. Both phones in this comparison review include Android OS, but the Galaxy A8 Star has the newer 9.0 Pie version while LG K52 has Android 10.
The Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has a bit more vivid screen than LG K52, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per inch of display and a way better resolution of 1080 x 2220 pixels. LG K52 has much more storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy A8 Star, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage, the LG K52 also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 1,95 TB.
The LG K52 and the Galaxy A8 Star feature extremely similar processing units, and although the Galaxy A8 Star has 2 GB more RAM memory, they both have 8 processing cores. The LG K52 counts with just a bit longer battery life than Galaxy A8 Star, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity. The Galaxy A8 Star counts with a slightly better camera than LG K52, because although it has a much lower resolution back facing camera and a way tinier back camera sensor capturing less light and washed colors, it also counts with a bigger aperture to capture better low-light photography and videos and a way better 3840x2160 video quality.
