Comparison review
Galaxy A8 Star has a score of 82.1, which is just a bit better than the LG K62's general score of 78.2. The Galaxy A8 Star design is a little bit thinner than the LG K62, but it is just a little heavier and was released many years before. These phones come with Android operating system, but Galaxy A8 Star has a newer 9.0 Pie version and LG K62 has Android 10, so it gives you a couple nice extra features.
The Samsung Galaxy A8 Star and LG K62 count with extremely similar processing units, and although the Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has a higher amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. Galaxy A8 Star features a slightly better looking display than LG K62, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better resolution of 1080 x 2220 pixels and a greater pixel density.
The Samsung Galaxy A8 Star features a little bit better camera than LG K62, because although it has a way smaller camera sensor which offers a much worse image and video quality and a back-facing camera with a lot lower 16 mega-pixels resolution, it also counts with a way better video definition and a bigger aperture.
The LG K62 has a lot bigger memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy A8 Star, because it has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB and 128 GB internal memory. The LG K62 features just a bit better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, because it has a 4000mAh battery size instead of 3700mAh.
