Comparison review
The LG Velvet has a global score of 87.1, which is a little bit better than the Apple iPhone 8's 85 general score. LG Velvet's design is notably newer, but somewhat heavier and a bit thicker than Apple iPhone 8. The iPhone 8 has a bit better processor than LG Velvet, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and less and slower cpu cores, it also counts with a 64-bit CPU.
The Apple iPhone 8 features just a bit better looking display than LG Velvet, although it has a little bit inferior count of pixels per display inch, a way worse 750 x 1334 resolution and a really smaller display. The LG Velvet features a much bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than iPhone 8, because although it has 0 less internal memory, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.
LG Velvet features a very superior battery duration than Apple iPhone 8, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity instead of 1821mAh. The LG Velvet captures better pictures and videos than iPhone 8, because although it has worse video frame rates, and they both have a same size aperture and the same (4K) video quality, the LG Velvet also counts with a much bigger sensor and a back facing camera with lot more megapixels.
Despite of being the best phone between the ones we are comparing here, the LG Velvet is also by far the cheapest one, which makes it an obvious call.
