Comparison review
The LG Velvet has a general score of 87.1, which is much better than the LG V20's 77 score. The LG Velvet construction is extremely newer, but a little thicker and just a bit heavier than the LG V20. LG V20 features just a bit better display than LG Velvet, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a greater pixel density.
LG Velvet has a greater storage for applications and games than LG V20, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 1,95 TB, the LG Velvet also has more internal storage capacity. The LG Velvet features just a bit better performance than LG V20, because it has a greater amount of RAM and a higher number of cores.
LG Velvet features superior battery life than LG V20, because it has a 4300mAh battery capacity. The LG Velvet takes much clearer photographs and videos than LG V20, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture, the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same (4K) video quality, the LG Velvet also has a lot higher 48 mega pixels resolution back facing camera and a way bigger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
Although LG Velvet is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG V20, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG V20. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get the LG V20, and give up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your savings.
