Comparison review

LG Velvet has a score of 87.1, which is just a bit better than the LG V50 ThinQ's 83.7 score. LG Velvet's construction is newer, just a little thinner and a little lighter than the LG V50 ThinQ. LG V50 ThinQ features just a bit better display than LG Velvet, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher pixel density and a better resolution of 1440 x 3120px.

LG V50 ThinQ has a bit more powerful CPU than LG Velvet. Both of them have a 6 GB RAM memory and a Octa-Core processing unit. The LG Velvet captures much better videos and photos than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not so good for low-light images and lower video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the LG Velvet also counts with a way larger sensor shooting way higher quality videos and photos and a camera in the back with a much better resolution.

LG V50 ThinQ's storage capacity for apps and games is very similar to the LG Velvet one, they have a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 1,95 TB and equal 128 GB internal memory. The LG Velvet features just a bit better battery lifetime than LG V50 ThinQ, because it has a 4300mAh battery capacity.

The LG Velvet is a little more expensive than LG V50 ThinQ, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
