Comparison review
The LG Velvet is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy M30s, having an 87.1 score against 83.3. The LG Velvet is a somewhat thinner and just a little lighter device than the Samsung Galaxy M30s, although both of them were only released 8 months apart. Galaxy M30s has a screen that is just as good as LG Velvet's screen, because although the Galaxy M30s has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch in the screen.
The LG Velvet features a superior memory for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy M30s, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 1,95 TB. LG Velvet counts with just a little better performance than Galaxy M30s, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the LG Velvet also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Samsung Galaxy M30s counts with a much longer battery life than LG Velvet, because it has a 6000mAh battery size. The Samsung Galaxy M30s's camera is very similar to the LG Velvet one, and although the Samsung Galaxy M30s has a tinier aperture which is not so good for low light images and video, they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the same 30 fps video frame rates, a back facing camera with a 48 megapixels resolution and a same size back-facing camera sensor.
