Samsung Galaxy M31s is slightly better than the LG Velvet, getting a general score of 88 against 87.1. Although it's the best in this review, we must highlight that it's also somewhat heavier and thicker. The LG Velvet and the Galaxy M31s have similar CPUs, both have 6 GB of RAM memory and a Octa-Core processing unit.
Galaxy M31s features a display that's very similar to the display in LG Velvet, because although the Galaxy M31s has a quite smaller display and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2400px, it also counts with a little bit greater screen density. The LG Velvet has a much bigger storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy M31s, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the LG Velvet also has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.
Galaxy M31s has a very superior battery life than LG Velvet, because it has a 40 percent more battery capacity. Galaxy M31s counts with a little bit better camera than LG Velvet, and although they both have the same video frame rate, the same (4K) video definition and the same aperture, the Galaxy M31s also has a way more MP back camera and a bigger back-facing camera sensor which gives a better photo and video quality.
