The Motorola Moto G 5G Plus has a score of 82.6, which is slightly better than Motorola Edge 50's 81.2 global score. Even though Motorola Moto G 5G Plus is better than the Motorola Edge 50, it must be told that it is also a lot older, heavier and somewhat thicker. Motorola Edge 50 counts with a much better looking screen than Moto G 5G Plus, and although they both have a same size screen, the Motorola Edge 50 also has a little bit greater pixels density and a slightly better resolution of 1220 x 2712.

Motorola Moto G 5G Plus features an extremely better processing unit than Motorola Edge 50, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have 8 cores. Motorola Edge 50 features a little bit more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Motorola Moto G 5G Plus, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity.

The Motorola Edge 50 shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Moto G 5G Plus, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for taking images or video in low-light environments, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Motorola Edge 50 also counts with a more MP camera in the back and a way bigger back camera sensor shooting way better quality videos and photos.

The Moto G 5G Plus features a battery lifetime that is just as good as the Motorola Edge 50 one.
