Moto G 5G is just a bit better than the Google Pixel XL, getting an 81.5 score against 81.3. Even though the Moto G 5G is a lot newer than the Google Pixel XL, it is thicker and incredibly heavier. The Motorola Moto G 5G has a bit more powerful processing unit than Google Pixel XL, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Motorola Moto G 5G also has a higher number of cores (and also faster).
Google Pixel XL counts with a bit more vivid screen than Moto G 5G, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better pixel density and a better 1440 x 2560 resolution. Motorola Moto G 5G has a better camera than Google Pixel XL, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video quality, the Motorola Moto G 5G also has a bigger aperture for better photos and video in poorly lited environments and a back facing camera with a way higher 48 megapixels resolution.
The Moto G 5G features much more storage to install games and applications than Google Pixel XL, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 1000 GB. Moto G 5G has a very superior battery life than Google Pixel XL, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 3450mAh.
