Moto G 5G is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, getting an 81.5 score against 79.3. Both phones in this review work with Android operating system, but the Moto G 5G has a newer 10 version while Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has Android 5.1 version. The Moto G 5G is a notably newer phone than the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, but it's incredibly heavier and thicker.
Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ counts with a sharper display than Moto G 5G, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a better pixel count per inch of display. Motorola Moto G 5G counts with a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Motorola Moto G 5G also has more CPU cores.
Moto G 5G captures a little bit better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same video resolution, the Moto G 5G also has a back-facing camera with a way better 48 megapixels resolution and a bigger aperture. Motorola Moto G 5G has a much bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory, the Motorola Moto G 5G also has an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 1000 GB.
Moto G 5G features a much better battery life than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has a 5000mAh battery size instead of 3000mAh.
