The Galaxy A12 has a score of 80.3, which is just a bit better than Moto G31's 77 overall score. Both phones in this review use Android OS, but the Galaxy A12 has older 10 version while Moto G31 has Android 11 version. Even being the best cellphone we compare here, Galaxy A12 is an older, a little bit thicker and heavier cellphone than the Moto G31.
The Moto G31 counts with a brighter screen than Galaxy A12, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a much better screen pixels density. The Galaxy A12's storage to store more apps and games is very similar to Moto G31's one, they have an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB and exactly the same internal memory.
The Samsung Galaxy A12 counts with a bit superior processing unit than Moto G31. Both have the same number of cores and a 4 GB RAM. Samsung Galaxy A12 counts with a battery lifetime that is very similar to the battery duration in Motorola Moto G31.
