The Galaxy Note9 has a general score of 87.1, which is a lot better than Moto G4 Plus's general score of 72.1. The Galaxy Note9 is a noticeably newer and somewhat thinner cellphone than Moto G4 Plus, but it's much heavier. Galaxy Note9 counts with a sharper display than Moto G4 Plus, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1440 x 2960px, a bigger screen and a higher pixels density.
The Samsung Galaxy Note9 features a much greater storage capacity to store more games and applications than Moto G4 Plus, because it has an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB and 128 GB internal storage capacity. Samsung Galaxy Note9 has a quite superior processing power than Moto G4 Plus, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 also has 2 GB more RAM.
Galaxy Note9 counts with a better camera than Moto G4 Plus, because although it has a camera with way less mega pixels resolution, it also counts with a lot higher video quality and a much larger aperture for better low-light photography. The Galaxy Note9 features greater battery duration than Moto G4 Plus, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Note9 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Motorola Moto G4 Plus, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Motorola Moto G4 Plus. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy the Motorola Moto G4 Plus, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
