The Nokia 9 PureView has an overall score of 76.4, which is slightly better than the Motorola Moto Z Play's score of 74.4. Even though the Nokia 9 PureView is much newer than Motorola Moto Z Play, it's just a little heavier and a bit thicker. Nokia 9 PureView has just a bit better screen than Moto Z Play, because it has a better quantity of pixels per inch of screen, a much higher 1440 x 2880 resolution and a quite larger screen.
Moto Z Play has a lot bigger storage for apps and games than Nokia 9 PureView, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory slot that allows up to 1,95 TB. Nokia 9 PureView has a bit faster processing unit than Moto Z Play, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Nokia 9 PureView also has 3 GB more RAM.
Moto Z Play has a little longer battery life than Nokia 9 PureView, because it has 3510mAh of battery capacity. The Nokia 9 PureView's camera is very similar to Moto Z Play's camera, because although the Nokia 9 PureView has a lot less mega pixels back facing camera and a lower video quality, it also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture.
Although Nokia 9 PureView is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Moto Z Play, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Moto Z Play. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Nokia 9 PureView, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Moto Z Play, resigning some features and specifications.
