The Galaxy M13 is a little bit better than Moto Z Play, getting an 81.1 score against 74.4. Galaxy M13's design is way newer than Moto Z Play's, but it is thicker and somewhat heavier. These phones have Android OS, but Galaxy M13 has an older 12 version while Moto Z Play has Android 8.0 Oreo.
