The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is just a bit better than the Motorola Moto Z3 Play, with an 81.6 score against 76.3. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is a better phone than the Motorola Moto Z3 Play, we must highlight that it is also incredibly older, somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker.
