Comparison review

Moto Z4 is a little bit better than HTC One M9, getting a overall score of 79.8 against 77.7. Both of these devices include Android OS, but Moto Z4 has a more recent 10 version and HTC One M9 has Android 5.0, providing a couple additional features. The Moto Z4 is a way newer and incredibly thinner phone than the HTC One M9, although it is also just a little heavier.

HTC One M9 has a little bit better hardware performance than Moto Z4, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the HTC One M9 also counts with a graphics co-processor and a 64-bit CPU. The HTC One M9 features a brighter display than Moto Z4, because although it has a lot smaller screen and a little worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px, it also counts with a little more pixels per screen inch.

The Motorola Moto Z4 counts with a superior memory for games and applications than HTC One M9, because it has more internal memory capacity and an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. Motorola Moto Z4 counts with a better camera than HTC One M9, and although they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Motorola Moto Z4 also has a bigger back-facing camera sensor shooting better quality photos, a lot larger aperture for better images and video in low-light environments and a camera in the back with a lot better 48 megapixels resolution.

The Moto Z4 has better battery life than HTC One M9, because it has a 3600mAh battery capacity instead of 2840mAh.

Although Motorola Moto Z4 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the HTC One M9. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Motorola Moto Z4, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the HTC One M9, letting go some features and specifications.
