The Moto G9 Plus is slightly better than Motorola Moto Z4, having an 80.5 score against 79.8. Both phones in our current comparison work with the same Android 10 OS (Operating System), so both of them should provide very similar OS features. Moto G9 Plus's construction is newer than the Motorola Moto Z4's, but it's a lot thicker and heavier.
Motorola Moto G9 Plus counts with a bit superior CPU than Moto Z4. Both have a 4 GB RAM and a Octa-Core processor. Motorola Moto G9 Plus has a display that is very similar to Moto Z4's display, because although the Motorola Moto G9 Plus has a little bit lower screen pixel density, it also counts with a slightly higher 1080 x 2400 resolution and a little bit bigger display.
The Moto G9 Plus features a little bit better camera than Motorola Moto Z4, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for low light photography, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Moto G9 Plus also counts with a bigger sensor taking higher quality photos and a way more megapixels camera.
Moto Z4 and Motorola Moto G9 Plus both have extremely similar storage capacity to store more games and applications, both of them have the same internal storage and a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 512 GB. Moto G9 Plus features a way better battery life than Motorola Moto Z4, because it has a 39% greater battery size.
