Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Fold is way better than the Moto Z4, with a 97.6 score against 79.8. These devices include Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Fold has 9.0 Pie version while Moto Z4 has Android 10 version. Although Samsung Galaxy Fold and Moto Z4 were released with only 4 months difference, the Samsung Galaxy Fold body is just a little bit thinner but also much heavier.

The Samsung Galaxy Fold features a bit superior CPU than Moto Z4, and although they both have 8 cores, the Samsung Galaxy Fold also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy Fold and Moto Z4 both feature really similar displays, because although the Galaxy Fold has a little bit worse count of pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a little bit higher 1536 x 2152 resolution and a bit larger display.

The Galaxy Fold has a much bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Moto Z4, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory. Galaxy Fold has longer battery performance than Moto Z4, because it has a 4380mAh battery capacity. Moto Z4 takes better pictures and videos than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for taking photos and videos in low light environments and worse video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Moto Z4 also counts with a lot bigger sensor and a back facing camera with way more mega-pixels.

Although Samsung Galaxy Fold is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Moto Z4, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Moto Z4. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Fold, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Moto Z4, letting go some specs and features.
