Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a global score of 98, which is a lot better than the Moto Z4's global score of 79.8. Both devices in our current comparison come with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a more recent 13 version while Moto Z4 has Android 10 version, giving some additional features and enhanced performance. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's design is newer, but thicker and a lot heavier than Moto Z4.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a little sharper screen than Moto Z4, because it has a bit bigger display, a greater quantity of pixels per inch of screen and a better 1440 x 3200 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G costs a lot more money than Motorola Moto Z4, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a better phone for that extra money.
